Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters
Storefront — teal fascia, bilingual signage, peacock motif.
A materials-led fit-out built around ash-wood joinery, where the lighting stays quiet and lets the space breathe: a continuous recessed downlight run over the counter, and a run of rattan pendants marking out the seating corridor.

Om Book Shop
Storefront — red portal entrance opening directly onto the shopfloor.
High-density retail needs even, high-CRI light across every shelf face. Continuous track runs carry adjustable spotlights the full length of the store, aimed to wash the spines evenly without hot spots on the covers.

Retail — Sportswear flagship
New Balance
Storefront — reflective black stone floor, walnut-panelled entrance arch.
A gallery-bright flagship floor built around a pair of concentric ring fixtures suspended over the centre display — the anchor for the whole plan — with wall-run wallwashers keeping product bays evenly lit end to end.
